The Grand Prize home packages, including one located in Ocean Park, are valued up to $3.3 million. The winner can also choose $2.8 million tax-free cash, the largest lottery cash prize in B.C.鈥檚 history. However, with the mail strike, sales have slowed significantly jeopardizing the Hospital Foundation鈥檚 fundraising goals.
