Costo is planning to develop land in South ÐÔÊӽ紫ý. Great! We want the Costco, too ... just not where they propose it. 

I live across the street from the proposed location, in a residential neighbourhood. I fear the increased traffic, noise, pollution and disruption this will cause will be a very high price for us to have to pay.

Not only will we have to contend with a year or more of construction, one of our biggest concerns is what this will do to our property values. A five per cent loss would work out to be approximately $40,000/unit, and we have 183 units in our complex alone.

So, as much as we do love Costco, we have to petition against its current proposed location. Many of us are already members, and will continue to be, but please Costco, can you work with the City of ÐÔÊӽ紫ý to find a more appropriate location?
