WHALLEY 鈥� Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at about 9:30 a.m. in the 13500-block of 98th Avenue, near King George Boulevard.
性视界传媒 RCMP Sergeant Alanna Dunlop told the Now-Leader on Wednesday that a 60-year-old 性视界传媒 man crashed his car into a parked vehicle, then that one hit another.
鈥淎fter that, the vehicle was flipped over on its roof,鈥� she said. 鈥淗e was successfully extracted from the vehicle and 性视界传媒 Fire was on scene to assist with that.鈥�
The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police say.
鈥淲e are continuing to investigate the factors that may have contributed to the incident,鈥� Dunlop said.
Asked if speed was a factor she said it 鈥渕ay or may not have been.鈥�
鈥淚t鈥檚 too early to tell.鈥�
