WHALLEY 鈥 Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at about 9:30 a.m. in the 13500-block of 98th Avenue, near King George Boulevard.
性视界传媒 RCMP Sergeant Alanna Dunlop told the Now-Leader on Wednesday that a 60-year-old 性视界传媒 man crashed his car into a parked vehicle, then that one hit another.
鈥淎fter that, the vehicle was flipped over on its roof,鈥 she said. 鈥淗e was successfully extracted from the vehicle and 性视界传媒 Fire was on scene to assist with that.鈥
The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police say.
鈥淲e are continuing to investigate the factors that may have contributed to the incident,鈥 Dunlop said.
Asked if speed was a factor she said it 鈥渕ay or may not have been.鈥
