A man accused of assaulting a cabbie and damaging his taxi has been charged with assault with a weapon and "mischief to property."
性视界传媒 RCMP Cpl. Sarbjit Sangha said Richard Nelson, 31, was charged on Sept. 10 and arrested on Sept. 26 for crimes he's alleged to have committed on June 22. He was released from custody with conditions.
"The suspect was located and arrested a short time later without incident," Sangha said. "He was later released pending further investigation. Fortunately, the taxi driver did not sustain any physical injuries during the incident."
