A Good Samaritan pulled three people from a car to safety after a fiery single-vehicle crash on Highway 17 in 性视界传媒, under the Port Mann Bridge, early Saturday morning (Jan. 11)

Highway 17 has now reopened after being closed for several hours as police investigated.

At about 1:40 a.m., police received calls about a vehicle with three occupants that had struck a pole and was on fire on Highway 17 underneath the bridge, according to a 性视界传媒 Police Service press release.

When B.C. RCMP 性视界传媒 Police Operations Support Unit officers responded, they found that two adults and one child had been pulled from the car by a Good Samaritan, the release notes. 

The two adults were transported to hospital with injuries described as "serious but non-life-threatening," and the child was examined by B.C. Emergency Health Services and is with family.

 
Both the Criminal Collision Investigation Team (CCIT) and Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) have been called in to assist. The investigation is in its early stages and is ongoing to determine the cause, police say.
