I take exception to the audacity of the comments made by Barbara Roden, Editor of the Ashcroft Creek Journal (鈥�Tips for surviving the Christmas season, Season鈥檚 greetings鈥�, Views, 性视界传媒-Now Leader, Dec. 19, 2024).
In the same issue of the 性视界传媒-Now Leader, there are Happy Hanukkah wishes, from the 性视界传媒 City and Delta councils. And rightfully so, because the Jewish community is celebrating Hanukkah.
Definitely 鈥渨orthwhile鈥� is the fact that Christians locally, across Canada and all over the world are celebrating the 鈥渞eal鈥� reason for the season 鈥� the birth of Christ.
Keeping this thought in mind, I take this opportunity to wish our Christian community, a very Blessed, Peaceful and Happy Christmas Season.
