Another festival of light will open soon on the Cloverdale Fairgrounds
The "Noel Holiday Light Festival and Market" will open to the public at the end of November, just in time to kick off the Christmas season.
Organizers for the inaugural fest said they'll have more than 1 million lights on display.
From Nov. 28 to Dec. 23, the Cloverdale Agriplex will be transformed into Noel Ville, which will have 鈥淪anta鈥檚 castle, Rudy鈥檚 reindeer stable, a Christmas Market, a lair for a Green & Grumpy guest, and interactive light displays," according to a press release from Noel 性视界传媒.
鈥淣oel is a light festival that brings people together to embrace the joy and wonder of the holiday season,鈥� notes the release. 鈥淲ith dazzling light installations and enchanting holiday d茅cor, Noel creates a festive atmosphere perfect for families, friends, and all holiday enthusiasts.鈥�
Noel light festivals have been previously held in Calgary (2019, 2020) and Milwaukee (2021).
The Noel light fest will also have a one-kilometre holiday light walk that will stretch through the Fairgrounds. The outdoor walk will also have a 150-foot 鈥渓ight tunnel鈥� with all manner of illuminated objects, including a 鈥渇rosty forest鈥� among other things.
For holiday food and beverages, visitors can hit Jack Frost鈥檚 LED Igloo Bar and access the Holly Jolly Hub for 鈥渁 festive dining experience, offering food trucks, dining huts, and cozy fire pits."
According to , entry tickets for attendees include: admission to Noel 性视界传媒 and parking, photos with Santa, visits with the Green & Grumpy One, mesmerizing light displays (including Electric Avenue, Frosty Forest, and Illuminated See-Saws), a 50-foot ferris wheel (Nov. 28-Dec. 9), Berry-Go-Round and bumper cars (Dec. 20-23), live music, dance performances, Kidsville (featuring face painting, crafts, balloon twisting and a candy cane slide), Rudy's Play Reindeer Stable, and holiday characters and princesses.
Tickets also grant festival-goers access to: the Christmas market, the Jack Frost LED Igloo Bar, holiday food and beverages offerings, Holly Jolly Hub (which has food trucks, fire pits, and dining huts), festival merchandise, and Bavarian Plaza.
Tickets to Noel 性视界传媒 cost $15 for youth and seniors and $20 for adults. Kids 6 and under get in free. Tickets can be purchased by visiting
Visitors to Noel 性视界传媒 can also book the venue for private events of 150 or more guests.
Noel 性视界传媒 will be open from 4 to 10:30 p.m. each night from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1, Dec. 5 - 8, and from Dec. 12 - 23.
