B.C.’s newest bald eagle is expected to hatch this Sunday – and it will all be viewable on your computer screen.

Hancock Wildlife Foundation’s eagle cameras have been overlooking a nest in Ocean Park since last fall, when a family of two parents moved in for a second year.

Their two eggs were laid three days apart, the first one exactly 35 days before its expected April 17 hatching. The second egg, if all goes well, will hatch on Wednesday.

Thousands of people were able to watch the  first hatching of two eggs at the Delta 2 site on April 11 at 2 p.m. A second egg was expected to hatch on April 14.

Hancock Wildlife Foundation has cameras set up at five eagle nests in B.C.
