1. Pedestrian hit by train in Maple Ridge
Emergency crews responded to a call of a pedestrian hit by a train this evening at about 6:30 p.m., near Port Haney Station in Maple Ridge.

David Butcher suggested to the complainant that she had been an 鈥渆nthusiastic鈥� and 鈥渧oluntary鈥� participant in what she had called an non-consensual sexual assault in an RCMP E Division bathroom in fall 2009.
