Fans wanting to be aware of what鈥檚 happening with game one of the Vancouver Canucks and Edmonton Oilers series (which is happening at the same time as Abbotsford鈥檚 game) will be able to view the Vancouver game on TVs around the concourse, lounges and suites.
Abbotsford Canucks management stated they also hope to show highlights from the game on the Abbotsford Centre鈥檚 video board. Depending on the timing, they will put the Vancouver game on the big screen in intermissions after intermission activities are completed.
General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that F Jonathan Lekkerim盲ki has been assigned to Abbotsford (AHL).

In other Abbotsford Canucks news, forward Jonathan Lekkerimaki was reassigned to Abbotsford after failing to crack the Swedish roster for the 2024 IIHF World Championship.
Abbotsford faces a 2-0 deficit to the Ontario Reign and a loss tonight ends the team鈥檚 season. However, if they stave off elimination then it鈥檚 possible that Lekkerimaki could suit up in Friday鈥檚 (May 10) game four.
Game five, if necessary, would occur on Sunday (May 12) at 4 p.m.
