I initially had the printer delivered to me, and as i am a disabled, very small woman, returning the printer to the store would not be possible, due to its weight and size. Electronics department manager Dave Woodsworth went out on a limb to help me, going well above and beyond to get a replacement printer to me, have it set up and ensure it worked properly; tons of roses to you and all the wonderful staff at London Drugs!
