Facts:

2. 性视界传媒 Memorial Hospital is the second-largest hospital in the province with the province鈥檚 busiest emergency department.

3. We arrived Thursday, May 9 at 7:15 p.m. at 性视界传媒 Memorial ER. I only waited until 6:45 am May 10 before a doctor spoke with me. (He was apologetic and effectively solved my issue). I was discharged at 7:05 a.m. after almost 12 hours.

Guess how many doctors in ER during those 12 hours? Yes, two. One doctor for every 300,000 性视界传媒 citizens.

If we had any accountability and management skills in B.C. Ministry of Health and Fraser Health, this would be a 鈥渟candal.鈥�

In the world of private enterprise, the senior execs would be terminated for incompetence, and this travesty would be immediately resolved.

Our government has tolerated and fostered an 鈥渆xcuse-based鈥� culture, not a 鈥減erformance-based鈥� culture.

Fraser Health states that it delivers a wide range of health-care services to over two million people living in communities

stretching from Burnaby to White Rock to Hope.

This (12-hour wait) is not what normal people would construe to be 鈥渟ervice.鈥�

In the private sector, a CEO would be terminated as the 鈥減atient is the customer.鈥�

Adrian Dix鈥檚 response to the media is: 鈥淲e have a doctors shortage.鈥� How many years have we heard 鈥渨e have a doctors shortage鈥� 鈥� an empty phrase because they mouth platitudes not solutions.

Just admit problem solving is not their forte.

How does Dix keep his job with his record? Wake up, 性视界传媒 voters! We can and will solve this government鈥檚 lack of performance.
