Tom was born in New Westminster on Oct. 27th 1950 to his parents Albert and Gertrude Northcott. He grew up in North Burnaby and then passed away in his home in Cloverdale on Nov. 17th 2024.

Tom was predeceased by his parents, his sisters Sharon and Inamae and his brother James.

Tom is survived by his younger brothers Albert and Brad.

Tom will be greatly missed.
