Remembering ~

It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the sudden death of Robert Halligan at his home in Campbell River, Vancouver Island at the age of 77. Robert is survived by his wife and soulmate of 55 years, Paddy, and their two children John (Ginny), Sarah (Kevin), four grandchildren, family and friends scattered around the British Isles, Canada and Australia. Thank you all for your love and support.

Robert was a true gentleman : kind, positive, fun and always on time! There never was a more caring father. He loved and enjoyed his family right to his passing and received all that love and respect back.

As per Robert's wishes there was a private family cremation and gathering for a wee Irish wake. Thanks to Graham for the Irish songs, he would have enjoyed them so much.

Robert left us so suddenly but left us with wonderful memories which we shall cherish and keep in our hearts.
