On Mother's Day 2023, our hearts were broken as we said goodbye to a remarkable woman who held many roles in our lives. Debrah Alice Marie Pidcock, known affectionately as Deb, was not only a devoted mother and grandmother but also a loyal friend, a helpful sister, and a force to be reckoned with. Her passing leaves a great void in our lives, and we mourn the loss of a best friend, a life partner, and an extraordinary human being.
Deb was born in Winnipeg on March 19, 1952, and relocated to Port Alberni, British Columbia, with her family, where she grew up as a young girl and a teenager.
She married the love of her life, Rick, on September 23, 1972, and they spent 50 years together in 性视界传媒, growing a family of three boys: Trevor (Cheryl, Gabe, and Sophie), Craig (Theresa, Cole, and Jorja), and Ryan (Jill, Sadie, and Carson). Deb and Rick's love of animals saw many dogs (Brandy, Chuck, Bogie, Jasper, and Gracie) and cats (Blackie, Pepper, Chocolate, Toby, Koko, Camper, and Stache) join the family as well.
In every family, there is a rock鈥攖he steadfast presence that anchors everyone鈥攁nd Deb was ours. Those fortunate enough to have known her were truly blessed. Her departure leaves an immense void that can never be filled, and we will deeply miss her.
Rest in peace Deb, Mom, Hun... Your love, laughter, and unwavering support will forever live on in our hearts.
