Purpose of Bylaws and Development Variance Permit: The applicant is requesting to amend the Official Community Plan Figure 3: General Land Use Designations from Suburban to Urban for the site shown shaded in grey on the location map.
The proposal also includes rezoning the same site from One-Acre Residential Zone to Single Family Residential Zone in order to subdivide into 13 residential lots.
In addition, the proposal includes a Development Variance Permit to reduce the minimum lot width from 15 metres to 14.5 metres for proposed Lots 2-4 and 10-12.
