TAKE NOTICE that on July 25, 2024, an Order was made for service upon you of the Amended Notice of Civil Claim issued from the New Westminster Registry, Supreme Court of British Columbia, in proceeding number 251264 by way of this advertisement. In the proceeding, the plaintiffs claim the following relief against you:

1. A declaration that the Plaintiffs are the rightful owners of Biggie;

2. An order that the Defendant return Biggie to the Plaintiffs forthwith;
