The potential for snow and ice overnight into Monday (March 3) saw the province warning drivers and residents ahead of time.
Snow could hit the Lower Mainland and southern and central Vancouver Island, according to a Sunday news release.
Dropping temperatures could create conditions hindering the morning commute in those areas, as rain could turn to snow Monday morning.
