Another widely anticipated Concerts at the Pier event is returning to the White Rock attraction this summer.

The 2024 White Rock Concerts at the Pier will be kicking off this July and August for a series of performances with an array of sounds in store, in the city鈥檚 most popular locations.

鈥淲e are thrilled to be putting on another year of memorable concerts! We are delighted to see their growing popularity with many people adding Concerts at the Pier to their summer must-attend events list,鈥� White Rock Business Improvement Association (BIA) chair Leah Chandler said in a press release.

The event is free to all, taking place in Memorial Park and on East Beach in the parking lot of Grand Chief Bernard Robert Charles Memorial Plaza.

Opening the popular event will be headliner 54-40 rocking the stage on July 4. The next week, July 11, will see Crystal Shawanda taking the stage, followed by Arrival, an ABBA tribute band, and Gaslighter, a tribute band for The Dixie Chicks, on July 25.

For the August shows, Barney Bentall & The Legendary Hearts are scheduled to take the stage on Aug. 22, followed by Night Moves and Dead Man鈥檚 Town for the final show on Aug. 29.

All concerts will begin at 7 p.m. with the headliner scheduled for 8 p.m.
