The time is now for music fans to submit volunteer applications for the in Vancouver next March.
Why bother?
Volunteering "is an incredible opportunity to work alongside passionate music enthusiasts and take part in executing one of the most significant cultural events in Canada鈥檚 entertainment industry," according to a news release from Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS).
Hosted by Michael Bubl茅, the 54th annual JUNO Awards Week starts Thursday, March 27 and ends with the broadcast Sunday, March 30, at Rogers Arena.
Many of the volunteer roles don't require prior experience, and might be a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the music industry or event management. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Visit for details.
Says CARAS: "Whether you鈥檙e interested in supporting broadcast, on-site event activities or other immersive positions offering a deeper learning opportunity throughout the week, this is a unique chance to gain valuable experience while creating unforgettable memories."
Bubl茅 will host and perform at awards show, as will pop-punk band Sum 41, to be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. Also that night, Live Nation Canada chairman Riley O鈥機onnor will receive the Walt Grealis Special Achievement Award.
Of note, the 2025 JUNO Awards volunteer program is produced by , launched by former Georgia Straight employee Carrie Brown. The company manages volunteers at festivals and concerts across Canada, including the 2022 FVDED in the Park festival at Holland Park in 性视界传媒.
