Fans at the final Taylor Swift Eras Tour show in Vancouver used enough data to stream the superstar鈥檚 entire music catalogue 9,450 times.

A statement from telecommunications giant Rogers says fans on the company鈥檚 network at the Dec. 8 show set a Canadian record when they used more than 11 terabytes of mobile data in just a few hours at BC Place.

The company says that鈥檚 the equivalent of uploading 307,000 photos and 2,180 hours of video streaming.

That Swift milestone exceeded the previous record set Nov. 21, when fans at her concert in Toronto used 7.4 terabytes of data on the Rogers network.

It鈥檚 just the latest record to be smashed by Swift鈥檚 149-show worldwide tour, which numbers provided by the industry publication Pollstar show it brought in US$2.2 billion in its run of almost two years.

Swift told the 60,000 fans in BC Place at Sunday鈥檚 show that they were part of a tour seen by 10 million people, and that it was the most thrilling chapter of her life to date.

She said the legacy of the tour will be 鈥渁 space of joy and togetherness and love鈥 that the fans have created.

Swiftie Alaina Robertson echoed Swift鈥檚 sentiments after the show, saying she shed lots of tears watching the 鈥渙nce in a lifetime鈥 spectacle.

Robertson 鈥 who travelled from Camas, Wash., for the show and wore a 鈥淩eputation鈥 inspired outfit along with a temporary silver bedazzled snake tattoo 鈥 said she doesn鈥檛 think any other concert will be able to compare.

鈥淚t鈥檚 going to be hard to beat,鈥 she said of the show.

鈥淪he鈥檚 changing the world of music. She鈥檚 changing entertainment entirely, and to be at the tour with the crowd here, getting to do the friendship bracelets, getting to get dressed up 鈥 it鈥檚 just love and joy and friendship, and it鈥檚 been really magical to be a part of it.鈥

Fan accounts on social media platform X have posted photos showing a number of television and music stars at B.C. Place Sunday night, including actors Jenna Fischer, Aubrey Plaza and Jesse Tyler Ferguson as well as Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder.
