ÐÔÊӽ紫ý Little Theatre is holding auditions for its fall production of At First Sight.
The Hollywood-set comedy requires the following cast:
• Julia Goldman - Early 50s female, well educated, widowed and allergic to alcohol;
• Fay Goldman – Mid- to late-20s female. Julia’s sophisticated daughter, soon to be married;
• Curtis Goldman - Mid-20s to early 30s male. Julia’s son, immaculately dressed and manicured businessman who is also a hypochondriac;
• Aunt Vera - 50s female. Julia’s sister, vibrant in manner and dress, working on finding her fifth husband;
• Phillip Feldman - Early 50s male. Julia’s love interest, an undertaker by trade;
• Senator Feldman - Early 70s female. Phillip’s mother, sophisticated but tough;
• Reporter/paparazzi - 30 or older male, follows Senator Feldman to get the scoop.
Auditions take place July 25 and 26, 7 p.m. at the theatre, located at 7027 184 St. Actors will be asked to fill out an audition sheet and scenes from the script will be available in the lobby. Recent head shot required.
Run dates for At First Sight will be Oct. 27 to Nov. 26, with rehearsals three times a week.
