Long-established ӽ紫ý law firms join forces ‘at perfect time for both’

, considered one of the largest and longest-tenured law firms in the Fraser Valley, is joining forces with .

As of Feb. 1, all six of Peterson Stark Scott’s lawyers and most staff members will join Hamilton Duncan and practice under the Hamilton Duncan name at the latter firm’s existing offices in the Gateway tower, 108 Avenue.

“This is Hamilton Duncan’s largest merger in recent history and comes at the perfect time for both firms,” Greg Palm, Hamilton Duncan’s managing partner, said in .

“Our strategic plan calls for continued growth, so we were looking to add practitioners with established practices and deep roots in the ӽ紫ý community,” Palm added.

“Peterson Stark Scott was seeking to transition its practice to a larger firm that would both complement its current offerings and provide its clients access to a wider range of legal services while remaining in ӽ紫ý. This transaction accomplishes both.”

Hamilton Duncan is celebrating its 65th year as a full-service business and litigation law firm.

In ӽ紫ý since 1972, Peterson Stark Scott has offered corporate, commercial, estate planning, real estate, family law, civil litigation and other legal services.
